Nathan Jones has been an incredible resource for me through all of my major life decisions. I retained Nathan Jones to help me with probate on my late mother’s estate. She passed unexpectedly and left no will. I contacted Nathan after getting his name from a family member who was working with his firm (at the time). He responded promptly to my initial inquiry and was able to meet with me on very short notice. He was open and friendly and patient with my many questions about the process – he gave me his undivided attention and answered every question in a clear and easy to understand manner. After retaining his services, I was in frequent contact on email with questions about this, that, and the other – he was prompt and thorough in all of his responses. I don’t live in Missouri so all of our business had to be conducted over email and phone and he was accessible and fully present each time we made contact. I can’t stress how important that accessibility was to me – dealing remotely with my mother’s affairs through an unfamiliar legal process while still mourning her passing was very tough emotionally so his willingness to give me his time and explain things really helped reduce my stress during the probate period.
